A lamp that is on for 110 years!

It is difficult to believe that a wedge bulb could be alive for 110 years. But really there is a light bulb in the world that is on from 1901 to now, it's mean before the Wright brothers' flight. Imagine that in these 110 years, how much the world has changed but this bulb is still alive. The Start working of this die hard lamp was in 1901, at that time, in "Livermore" of California this promise was given that a modern technology achievement will be installed soon, this achievement were bulbs that carbon filaments have been used on them. An inventor Adolph A. Kaylet had invented this lamp and the Shelby electronics produced it in bulk. This Lamp had its own design and beauty at that time, carbon filament in the special form had a curve and its curvature was different with conventional lamps on that time. Despite the production of these bulbs with company's high quality was discontinued after a while and this company went bankrupt. Some say because of the few lighting of these lamps, but you should know at that time, the light of these lamps was brighter than Edison's. We say this lamp was turned on 110 years and probably you have this question that is it possible that power doesn't be off in 110 years? We must say that in these 110 years, totally just 7 days lights turned off for repairs of power lines and random power outages, and the rest of the day, this lamp was lit continuously. A lamp that we are speaking about this, illuminates in the Livermore fire station number six. However, in 1976, they changed the place of lamp and moved it from a fire station to another station. At that time, they were concerned lest removing bulb out causes to it breaks down, but it did not happen.
